Our Moduline homes are factory built to the highest standards of quality workmanship and specifications with ongoing quality control and inspections. All homes are built to applicable building codes and are inspected thoroughly by INTERTEK and labelled prior to leaving the factory.
When your home is delivered and all utilities are operational, we schedule our dealer-certified service staff for your final set up and Post Delivery Inspection. At this time we complete a comprehensive walkthrough inspection and answer any questions about your home you may have. You are now ready to enjoy your new home!
